Notice of data security incident

On 14 August 2026, an unauthorised party downloaded documents from a folder on our platform that was unintentionally accessible to the public. We have notified affected customers and individuals for whom we hold contact details. A small number of individuals named within customer documents cannot be contacted because we hold no contact information for them. If you believe your details may have appeared in a document on our platform, please contact [email protected] and we will confirm and advise you.

We closed the exposure on 18 August 2026, reported the matter to the Police and the Personal Data Protection Commission, and completed a full security review.
